About Brianna
Hi! I am Bri, and it’s my job to ensure that every time you visit Como Town you enjoy a safe and fun-filled day! But what I really get to do is ride ( I mean “test”) the rides, plan the activities and events, taste-test the mini-donuts and check the stuffing on cuddly bears and animals in the General Store.
Hope to see many of you on my blog to discuss all the great things happening at Como Town!

Hi Brianna,
How about posting a picture of yourself so that we can put a face to the name? I love the blog idea. I’m looking forward to bringing my family to Como Town this summer!
I’ll remember to take pictures of our day and send them your way.

Hi Brianna,
who is that cute little blonde girl with the butterfly painted on her face next to you in the picture? Is she an employee there for “testing ” rides too??

Thank you for your comment! We have several amazing “Little” ride Testers who are always willing to put on a little face paint, eat a few bags of cotton candy, and go for a ride on the dragon! This particular “little” tester is Caty, She is one of our a many ride testers. Know someone else who might be interested in “Ride Testing”?? Make sure to send us your photos for the Como Town Scrapbook page at http://www.comotown.com, if we are ever in need of fresh, excited faces we start there! Thanks again for the feedback and we look forward to seeing your family out at Como Town soon!

Hi, We were just at Como Town today with our two children, and I saw that there was a coloring contest and to see the web site for more info. However I can’t find it anywhere. Do you know where I can print off a picture for my kids to color and mail back, as they would love to have a chance to win a unlimited ride wristband and then we would love to come back. It was a great day we had today. We are exhausted. ~Ellen from Rochester,MN

Hey Bri!
I won an unlimited rist band from the coloring contest but it says 2010. Can I use it for next year because it is getting too cold to ride on the rides?? Thanks!! ~Kate

My sincere apologies, your wristband should have said it was valid through 10/2011 vs. 10/2010! You are welcome to hang onto the voucher and redeem it at any time during the 2011 Como Town Season! Stay tuned in the upcoming months for the 2011 calendar of operations, as well as park updates, and construction!
Thanks for the note – see ya soon!

Hi Bri.
My name is Bjorn, and I am an 11-year-old resident of Como Park. I have lived here all my life. My first ride ever was at Como Town. Since that day, I have really liked rides, especially roller coasters. I have been to almost every amusement park in the Midwest, including Six Flags and Valleyfair, all thanks to my original interest in Como Town.
I have going to Como Town for years. My favorite ride is The Drop Zone. I also like the helicopter ride (but I don’t know its name). I think that the amusement park is the highlight of Como!
I am actually designing and building a homemade amusement park at my family’s cabin this summer, which is all inspired by Como Town. It’s a small, nice park where you’d never suspect there would be one, just like Como Town.
Anyway, I am writing to make a suggestion for improving Como Town. I think you should build a small, but still thrilling coaster for kids my age and size. My school’s patrol group goes to Como Town for an end-of-the-year field trip, and we all agree that such a ride would be cool. I also think you’d attract more visitors in the neighborhood who could just walk over to the park and enjoy this new ride.
I am sure you’re concerned about budgets, but there are some roller coaster manufacturers who are cost-efficient and make good rides for value prices, like Zierer and Zamperella. Zierer makes particularly fun, small coasters. If you go to Google and enter “crossbow rollercoaster,” you’ll see some video results of a Zierer coaster that is a good example.
I can’t wait until Summer 2011! Please respond as quickly as possible to tell me your ideas.
Thank you!
